Nia was born in Queens, New York, and grew up in the small town of Thomasville, Georgia. She moved to Savannah in 2009 and attended Armstrong Atlantic State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Arts in Teaching. In her spare time, she enjoys creating art, reading, and spending time with her family. Nia joined Loop It Up in 2021, bringing a unique background of science, art, and teaching.
