Carmen was born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico. She holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She began her career in the field of Social Work in 1994 as a Program Manager for Jovenes de Puerto Rico en Riesgo. When she moved to Savannah, she took a break from social work and focused her energy in raising her three daughters and operating the Savannah Food Co-op. Carmen joined the Loop It Up family in March of 2018. |
